Local school districts and multi-district career centers that receive funds under a Local Plan for Career and Technology Education (CATE) are required to provide assurances that address state and federal laws and regulations for the uses of these funds. The Office of Career and Technology Education (OCTE) provides local educational agencies (LEAs) with guidance and assistance through administrative provisions that help to ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
