The function of the Title I Administration team is to ensure all fiscal components of Title I, Part A of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) are in compliance. Fiscal components include federal allocations, financial management and budgeting, data collection and reporting, Maintenance of Effort (MOE), comparability, monitoring of programs, audit compliance, ensuring funds are supplementing and not supplanting state or local funds and Title I, Part A project application approval.
