This page contains resources to assist district staff with the processes and procedures related to loading assessment results data to their district Ed-Fi environments.
The CSV files below are for reference only and display the headers (column names) that should be present in the CSVs that districts send to secure Sharefile for loading to their district Ed-Fi environments.
District Assessment Proxies or appropriate staff they have designated oversee this process.
This process does not apply to legacy data submitted on or before December 17, 2024.
The assessments below must be loaded by districts using Runway (the list represents any assessment not shown on the list above that is mapped to Ed-Fi):
Districts will need to check for errors for all assessments, including those loaded using state data files. Please place a ticket with Education Analytics if you run into issues with error resolution.
Please remember that, as clarified in a memo from November 2025, "districts must assess all students in grades K–8 using a state-approved interim (formative) assessment each fall, winter, and spring, and report results by grade and school to the South Carolina Department of Education. Data must be uploaded to the state system within five (5) business days after each testing window closes."
Please review the information in this memo carefully, and ensure that all interim (formative) assessment data is loaded to Ed-Fi.
Districts who use i-Ready must take steps to ensure that the i-Ready integration is set up so that their i-Ready data will flow into Ed-Fi. Here is documentation describing this process. Technically, districts can still upload i-Ready results via Runway, but we strongly encourage setting up the Ed-Fi integration which takes the administrative burden off of districts to upload data each time there are new results.
