Please note that district Assessment Proxies may be working with other district staff that they have designated as they have deemed appropriate. Only one Assessment Proxy per district will appear on this list, but per the request of a Proxy, other staff may be included in related communications to facilitate district workflows.

The CSV files below are for reference only and display the headers (column names) that should be present in the CSVs that districts send to secure Sharefile for loading to their district Ed-Fi environments.

This process does not apply to legacy data submitted on or before December 17, 2024.
