Any interested parties wishing to speak on the pending Instructional Materials must email the scheduling coordinator at sclreg@ed.sc.gov by March 10th at 1:00 p.m. Parties speaking in favor of the material shall have 3 minutes collectively to speak, and parties speaking against the material shall have 3 minutes collectively to speak. (SBE Rule of Governance IFC II.2.)
