South Carolina Department of Education Releases 3rd-8th Grade State Assessment Results: The South Carolina Department of Education has released the 2017-2018 school year results for the South Carolina Palmetto Assessment of State Standards (SCPASS) and the South Carolina College-and Career-Ready Assessments (SC READY) examinations given in the elementary and middle school grade levels.
