Program Planning Tools, Templates, and Samples

The quality of your grant proposal/application depends entirely upon the quality of the program you have created or will create. An effective program has three major elements: 1) an identified, real need 2) goals, objectives, strategies, and activities that are directly connected to that need; and 3) an evaluation plan that assesses whether the project achieved its objectives and whether the project activities were implemented effectively. All elements must fit together to create a total program.

The following tools, templates, and samples are helpful when developing a comprehensive, cohesive program and proposal.
