VirtualSC courses are taught by highly qualified full and part-time secondary teachers who hold valid South Carolina licenses in the core or elective courses they teach.  Full-time teachers instruct year-round and part-time teachers instruct during one or more of the program’s three semesters.  Currently, teachers are employed in the following content areas:

• Math
• English
• Social Studies
• World Languages (Spanish, French, and German)
• CATE  (Business Education, Computer Science, Family and Consumer Science, and Health Science)
• Science
• Fine Arts
• PE
• Health
