Rubric
All applications will be reviewed to determine the readiness of the district to participate in eLearning Days. Readiness is measured against the following:

• Access of students to devices 
• Teachers’ familiarity and use of a Learning Management System 
• The district’s technology infrastructure 
• The current status of the district’s ability to use instructional technology in the overall learning process
• District interest and support of participation.
